Front Office Team Member Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Front Office Team Member to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include managing patient appointments, treatment coordinating, handling phone calls, coordinating with dental staff, and maintaining patient records. •Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a plus•
Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Maintain and update patient records accurately. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Process patient payments and insurance claims. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Insurance verifications
Requirements :
Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with dental office software is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and professional demeanor.
