Front Office Receptionist•
Medical & Chiropractic Wellness Center Location:
Irvine Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday (8:45 AM•6:00 PM) • Off Thursdays.
Pay & Benefits:
$22.00•$23.00 per hour + Health Insurance. About Us OC Health and Physical Medicine is a fast-growing wellness clinic. We help patients feel better through medical care and chiropractic treatments. We want a friendly Front Office Receptionist to welcome our patients and keep the front desk running smoothly. Medical or chiropractic experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person! What You Will Do Greet patients with a warm and friendly smile. Answer phones and schedule patient appointments. Help patients fill out intake forms and update records. Reply to patient emails and messages. Keep the front lobby clean and organized. Assist our team with basic daily office tasks. What We Are Looking For Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude. Good computer skills and a fast learner. Ability to multitask. Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus. Customer service or front desk experience is helpful, but not required.
