Front Desk / Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time) Mobility Rx Physical Therapy | Laguna Beach, CA Mobility Rx Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk / Administrative Coordinator to join our growing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice. This position starts at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the clinic continues to expand. • Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Collect patient payments and manage copays
• Assist with patient registration and intake paperwork
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
• Communicate with insurance companies and referring providers as needed
• Support therapists and clinic operations with administrative tasks
• Help maintain a clean, professional front office environment Qualifications
• Previous front desk, medical office, customer service, or administrative experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
