Job Description

Experienced Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator Are you the person who can keep the front office running? Mint Dental is looking for an experienced dental front-office professional who can become the right hand of the dentist and play an important role in the day-to-day success of our practice. We're a small, modern private practice, so this isn't a "sit at the front desk and answer phones" position. We need someone who can wear multiple hats, take ownership, and keep things moving. What You'll Be Doing Manage scheduling, phones, check-in/check-out, and daily patient flow Verify dental insurance benefits and understand PPO plans Prepare and explain treatment estimates and patient portions Present treatment plans and coordinate follow-up Submit and follow up on insurance claims Handle billing, collections, and accounts receivable Help patients understand their treatment and financial options Work closely with the doctor and clinical team Help solve problems and improve front-office systems Jump in wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly We Want Someone Who... Has 2+ years of dental front-office experience Understands dental insurance and PPO plans Has experience with insurance verification, claims, and billing Is comfortable presenting treatment and discussing finances with patients Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Is comfortable with dental software and technology Can multitask without getting overwhelmed Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Understands that in a small practice, everyone helps wherever needed You don't need to know everything—but you should know dental. We're looking for someone experienced enough to walk in and contribute, while still being open to learning how we do things. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
