Job Description

Job Summary I am seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Office person to join my dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointment scheduling, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with dental software, and knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance processes. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and help ensure smooth daily operations within the practice. Duties Answer incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments. Greet patients, verify information and check-in. Process insurance claims, verify coverage, and communicate with insurance providers as needed. Perform additional administrative tasks. Requirements Prior experience in a dental front office or reception role is required. Proficiency in dental software, preferably Softdent or similar programs. Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor. Excellent phone communication abilities. Knowledge of dental terminology. Understanding of dental insurance processes and coverage verification. Ability to multitask . Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
