Orthodontic Office | Full-Time We are a busy, modern orthodontic practice looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our office. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule Verify insurance benefits and assist with basic financial coordination Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, forms, and office policies Support the clinical and management team with front office operations Help maintain a smooth, positive flow throughout the office What We're Looking For Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Comfortable with dental software (Open Dental or similar a plus) Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
