Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at our facility, providing exceptional patient service, and supporting medical staff in delivering high-quality care. This position requires a solid understanding of medical terminology, patient intake processes, and administrative support within a clinical environment. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times. Manage patient intake by collecting personal information, medical histories, and insurance details. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times. Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Assist with the administration of vital signs and basic life support as needed. Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate effective communication regarding patient care and treatment plans. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and patient waiting rooms. Requirements Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative support role is preferred. Familiarity with EHR systems to manage patient records efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care while managing multiple tasks effectively.
