Job Description

Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator 4 or 5 Day Workweek | Monday-Thursday/Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM We are hiring an experienced Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to confidently present treatment plans and keep the schedule full. This is a key role for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable handling treatment and financial conversations. What You'll Do Present dental treatment plans clearly and confidently Explain procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients Verify insurance benefits, eligibilities, and coverage for treatment Use and understand dental codes (CDT) Schedule treatment efficiently to maintain a full, productive schedule Follow up on unscheduled treatment and proactively fill openings Answer phones professionally and manage multi-line calls Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out Coordinate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow What We're Looking For Dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred Knowledge of dental codes, insurance verification, and eligibilities Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line calls Confident communicator with excellent people skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience with dental software and insurance a plus Schedule Monday-Thursday or Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Why Join Us Consistent 4 to 5 days workweek Supportive, team-oriented environment Stable, well-established practice PPO and cash patients only Private family dental office
