This is primarily a front office position responsible for managing patient flow, scheduling, and basic insurance coordination. The role also includes occasional back-office support duties such as room turnover and sterilization. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position , is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with patients and a team. Key Responsibilities Front Office (Primary Duties): Answer phones and schedule patient appointments Greet and check in patients Check out patients and collect copays/payments Verify insurance and enter basic insurance information Manage daily patient flow and support a smooth schedule Back Office Support (Occasional Duties): Clean and reset treatment rooms between patients Perform instrument sterilization and turnover Assist with maintaining a clean and organized clinical are Required Skills & Qualifications Prior dental front office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients Basic understanding of dental scheduling and insurance processes is a plus Reliable, punctual, and organized Able to work efficiently in a busy practice environment Willing to help with room turnover and sterilization as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills
