Garfield Health Center is seeking a part time Chinese and English speaking Call Center Representative. Individual must possess a strong work ethic background and have a great positive attitude. We would like someone that enjoys jumping in with the team and wants to be part of a team player environment.

Primary/Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Appointment reminders Look up missed appointments Receive phone calls Re-schedule appointments Call patients for injections or vaccines For authorization and follow up records transfer to the front desk Schedule chiropractor appointments Take down messages Transfer phone calls to other staff Cover front desk, as needed Benefits Paid Sick Leave 401k Schedule 24-32 hours per week 8 hours shift May be scheduled to work on Saturdays Location Monterey Park or Rosemead (in-person) Required Language English Chinese (Mandarin)

Pay Range :
