This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced medical environment and is comfortable assisting with both front and back office responsibilities as needed. We are looking for someone who is organized, compassionate with patients, and able to multitask while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet and check in/check out patients Answer multi-line phones and assist patients professionally Schedule appointments and procedures Verify insurance and collect copays Maintain accurate patient records in EMR system Assist with patient communication and follow-up Support back office/clinical staff as needed Prepare charts and scan documents into patient records Assist with maintaining smooth daily office flow Qualifications Minimum 1 year medical office experience preferred Medical Assistant experience preferred Urology experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment EMR experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude This role offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
