Job Description

Highly successful medical oncology/hematology group practice seeking an experienced fulltime Front Office Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have experience with, greeting patients, registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments and procedures and other duties as assigned. A minimum of three (3) years medical office front desk experience preferred. Candidate must be professional, able to multitask, eager to learn and work in a fast pace environment. Pleasant teamwork-oriented environment. Bilingual preferred, but not required Great team oriented work environment. Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Prior experience in medical office or business office setting preferred Verify active insurance coverage prior to patient visits Excellent communication and customer service skills Maintain a clean, organized and HIPAA-compliant front desk area
Experience:
Previous experience in Insurance deductible and out of pocket benefits preferred Proficiency in verification of medical insurances Familiarity with medical office procedures and documentation requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with teammates and patients Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team Fax resume to 760-636-7090
