Established and respected practice with a loyal patient base Supportive, experienced doctor and team Positive, patient-centered office culture Opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and be valued for your expertise Long-term career opportunity with room for professional growth What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (treatment coordination experience preferred) Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Excellent organizational and scheduling skills Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care Key Responsibilities Patient Communication & Scheduling Manage incoming and outgoing patient communications via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions Confirm appointments and maintain an efficient, productive schedule Utilize unscheduled treatment and hygiene recall lists to maximize schedule utilization Assist patients with scheduling and treatment coordination Treatment Coordination Present treatment plans and discuss recommended care with patients Help patients understand treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements Coordinate referrals and specialist appointments as needed Insurance & Administrative Duties Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments Review patient accounts and ensure accurate documentation Process incoming specialist reports and correspondence Manage office email, voicemail, and patient communications promptly and professionally Maintain accurate patient records and chart documentation What We Value We are seeking someone who: Treats patients like family Enjoys creating a welcoming and positive environment Works collaboratively with doctors and team members Takes ownership of their responsibilities Communicates with confidence, professionalism, and empathy Is dependable, proactive, and committed to excellence Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Supportive team environment Long-term career opportunity within a respected practice Schedule Full-Time Monday
