Job Description

Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental office software systems (Eaglesoft)
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
  • Collect payments and provide accurate billing information to patients
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
  • Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a dental office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and billing information
  • Professional demeanor
