Job Description

Dental Receptionist We are a friendly, fast-paced pediatric dental office seeking a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, provides excellent customer service, and communicates with patients in a clear, confident, and professional manner. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, organized, and dependable.

•No dental or insurance experience needed - training will be provided

• Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly and assist them throughout the check-in and check-out process Provide professional, courteous, and attentive patient services at all times Communicate clearly with patients by phone and text regarding scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Manage patient records, forms, and office correspondence Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Calculate patient co-pays and collect payments accurately Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner Support the team with daily administrative and front-office operations Share in duties in maintaining the office: cleaning, sweeping, mopping, Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Excellent customer service Able to multitask, stay organized, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Warm, energetic, positive, and child-friendly attitude Professional demeanor with a clear, confident, and friendly communication style Reliable, punctual, and committed to good attendance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented and willing to support coworkers Eager to learn and receptive to training and feedback Able to complete responsibilities independently and on time Neat and legible handwriting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you take pride in helping patients, staying organized, and contributing to a supportive team environment, we would love to hear from you.

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
