Job Description
Position Overview As a Medical Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy multitasking and working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments in person and over the phone Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries Verify insurance information and authorizations Process referrals Assist with billing follow-up and administrative tasks Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume office setting Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Russian Previous customer service, front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a busy, patient-focused environment Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented Comfortable with schedule flexibility and occasional overtime when needed Preferred Experience Receptionist Front Desk Coordinator Customer Service Representative Medical Receptionist (experience welcomed but not required) Schedule & Work Environment Onsite in Roseville, CA Office hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM Schedule may vary based on patient needs Opportunities for overtime may be available Collaborative team environment with a strong focus on supporting one another and providing excellent patient care Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
