In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from appointment scheduling to check-out. Your expertise in medical administrative support, health information management, and customer service will drive efficiency and patient satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinic experience and medical office skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing exceptional dental care. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, establishing a friendly and efficient front desk environment Verify patient Dental insurance coverage and imputting breakdown of benefits into the practice management softwear Handle phone communication with professionalism, providing clear information, efficent scheduling assistance while practicing proper phone etiquette Checking patients out after their appointment and scheduling recare/hygiene appointments. Calling patients who missed their appointments and getting the hygiene/doctor scheduled filled Experience Previous clinic or dental office experience is highly preferred, with a dental and front desk operations Demonstrated ability to manage health information securely while adhering to clinical confidentiality policies Ability to be a team player Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively serve diverse patient populations Excellent customer service skills, acting professionally with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy dental setting Join us to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while advancing your career in healthcare administration!
