The ideal candidate for this position will excel in customer service and have a passion for helping others. This is a full time position and shifts will vary from Monday-Sunday, 6:30am-10:30pm. There are multiple openings at multiple locations throughout San Diego county! The pay for this Contract to Hire position is $25/hour and is a great opportunity to start or continue your career in healthcare!

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system Communicating with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members Greeting patients and visitors upon arrival Completing check-in and check-out procedures Scheduling appointments and managing an office calendar Supporting with clerical needs such as data entry, filing, and printing/faxing/scanning

Qualifications:

Healthcare experience preferred but not required Experience in customer service or related field preferred Strong word processing and spreadsheet/database experience Positive Attitude and eager to learn Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation:

$25.00

USD Per Hour Contract-To-Hire Schedule:
