What You'll Do:

Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel cared for from check-in to check-out Schedule appointments efficiently and manage a busy calendar Handle phone calls with professionalism and empathy Verify insurance, explain treatment plans, and manage billing questions Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth daily office operations Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For:
