Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing professional and courteous service. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while maintaining an organized and efficient daily schedule. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment progress, appointment information, and necessary follow-ups. Coordinate referrals for patients requiring diagnostic imaging or additional medical services, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication. Communicate daily with attorneys and law firms regarding patients' treatment status, appointments, progress, and ongoing care. Monitor office inventory and maintain adequate supplies, materials, and equipment needed for daily operations. Assist back-office staff with new patient intake procedures, including gathering patient information, completing necessary paperwork, and helping patients understand the intake process. Provide support to clinical staff during therapies and other patient-care activities as needed. Assist the doctor and clinical staff with patient communication and translation when language assistance is needed, helping ensure patients understand instructions, treatment information, and follow-up recommendations. Flexibly transition between front-desk and back-office responsibilities based on the needs of the office and patient flow. Provide additional administrative and clinical support as needed to maintain an efficient and well-organized practice. Handle sensitive patient and treatment information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment consistency, referrals, and other administrative or care-related matters. Please note, there is potential of becoming a long-term position.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 80.0 per week
