The position is for 40 hours per week and works alongside another Front Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing and detail-oriented individual to perform the following duties in a friendly and efficient manner. The candidate can expect to multi-task continuously and possess excellent customer service skills. Vargo Physical Therapy has 12 locations throughout the greater LA area, provides an open and friendly work environment and offers a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package. - Schedules patient appointments
- Collects Co-Payments
- Verifies patients insurance
- Obtains authorization from insurance provider
- Provides excellent Customer Service
- Greets patients in a friendly and effective manner
- Answers multi-line telephone system
- Maintains accurate files of patient records using EMR system
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Candidates MUST have a minimum of 2 years medical front office experience preferably in a physical therapy environment and fully understand insurance verification and medical terminology.
