Production Supervisor - Drumhead Department (1st Shift)
Location:
Santa Clarita/Valencia, CA 91355 (On-site)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 5:55 AM - 2:30 PM (35-minute lunch)
Pay Range:
$30.00 - $32.00/hour (W2)
Reports To:
Drumhead Production Manager Overtime:
Required as needed

Occasional/light travel may be required (personal vehicle for training) Role Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities in the Drumhead Department to meet or exceed output goals while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. This role leads department Leads and production employees and partners closely with management to address production and employee-related issues. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production goals. Lead and support department Leads and employees; provide ongoing coaching and training. Enforce company policies and procedures related to production, safety, and conduct . Communicate priorities, updates, and direction from management to the team. Identify and escalate production constraints, quality concerns, and employee issues to Managers/Supervisors. Assist with pre-screening/interviewing and onboarding support for new hires. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Attend Safety Committee meetings as required. Required Qualifications Experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (typically 3-5 years related manufacturing experience). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work overtime when needed. Preferred Qualifications Lean Manufacturing knowledge/experience and strong problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/Spanish (read/write) preferred. Willingness to complete Lean fundamentals coursework/certification and/or supervisory training within the first year if needed. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for most of the shift (hard floors). Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand/wrist motion. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs .
