We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, takes initiative, and knows how to keep a hygiene schedule organized and productive.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Managing and maintaining a productive hygiene schedule Following up with overdue and unscheduled patients Filling cancellations and last-minute openings Confirming appointments and reducing no-shows Supporting the front office and clinical team The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, proactive, and comfortable communicating with patients by phone.
