Work schedule: 10-hour days to maximize your workweek.

Full-Time:

4 days per week

Part-Time:

2-3 days per week

Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Greeting all patients with a warm and welcoming smile Efficiently checking patients in Answering moderate to heavy phone calls timely with a helpful, warm demeanor Timely communication with the back office team and doctors Methodical appointment scheduling with proficiency and patience Knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing Confirming insurance coverage and patient appointments Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements with patients (after training period) Submitting claims electronically to insurance companies for reimbursement Conducting post-op calls to ensure patient satisfaction Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
