In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a wide range of administrative and clinical support tasks. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) Schedule appointments efficiently while managing the clinic's calendar and coordinating follow-up visits Collect and process medical payments Review medical documentation for accuracy and completeness in compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Manage patient records by filing, updating electronic health records (EHR), and ensuring proper health information management Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while providing outstanding patient service in person or via electronic communication Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient service excellence and front desk management Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while adhering to clinical confidentiality policies Strong organizational skills including filing, 10-key typing proficiency, and accurate documentation review Experience in medical office administration with clinic experience preferred Join our team to help deliver outstanding healthcare experiences!
