Our Administrative Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate administrative support and care to our clients and our team. They will gain valuable, real-world experience in supporting the successful business operations of an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic. This includes supporting client management, managing our office space and physical inventory, supporting the clinical team through operational organization, and more! The position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills related to written and verbal communication, organization, task management, collaboration, and management of an office space. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations. About Us Blume Kids Therapy is a growing neurodiversity-affirming pediatric occupational and speech therapy practice based in Boulder, CO. What You'll Be Doing:
Communications Answering calls, texts, and emails from our clients and partners Supporting parents and caregivers through their entire relationship lifecycle, including initial intake, scheduling, ongoing communications, and discharge Maintaining clean, accurate, and organized client data Communicating planned and unplanned office closures Scheduling and Support for Clinical Success Overseeing our clinicians' session schedules, including caseloads, cancellations, and rescheduling Executing our daily billing processes, which include accurate coding, submitting and tracking insurance claims, collecting payments, and managing treatment authorizations (no prior experience expected) Supporting the clinical team with general administrative tasks Opportunities for clinical shadowing are encouraged! Office and Operations Fostering a welcoming, positive, and organized office, including our waiting area, administrative area, and shared clinical spaces Maintaining an adequate stock of office and therapeutic supplies Coordinating needed office maintenance and organizational projects Assisting in the optimization of systems and processes to drive operational efficiency Taking on administrative and operational tasks as directed by the Director of Operations About You Our ideal
