Position Overview:

Warmly greet patients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly first impression Verify personal and insurance information accurately Handle co-pay collections and payment processing with attention to detail Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Provide administrative support through filing, faxing, and scanning documents Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists as needed Keep the waiting area tidy and well-organized, ensuring a pleasant environment for patients and visitors Help facilitate an efficient admission process for patients while at the front desk.
