Job Description

Who We Are Denver Periodontics & Implant Dentistry is an established specialty practice looking for a Business Associate / Front Office Coordinator to become a long-term member of our team. What You'll Be Doing As a member of our business team, you will play an important role in both the patient experience and the day-to-day operation of our practice.
  • Answering phones and communicating professionally with patients and referring dental offices
  • Welcoming and checking in patients
  • Managing patient scheduling and coordinating surgical appointments
  • Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
  • Collecting and accurately posting patient payments
  • Verifying dental insurance benefits and helping patients understand estimated coverage
  • Managing patient accounts and assisting with insurance questions
  • Coordinating communication with our network of referring dentists
  • Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
  • Helping teammates when needed to keep the day running smoothly Our practice currently uses Open Dental practice-management software and DEXIS imaging. Who We're Looking For We would love to meet someone who is:

  • Interested in finding a practice where they can stay, contribute, and grow long-term Previous dental experience is required Direct experience with dental scheduling, insurance verification, treatment-plan presentation, patient accounts, Open Dental, or a periodontal, oral surgery, implant, or other dental specialty practice is a significant plus. Compensation & Benefits
  • $25.00-$28.00/hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications
