Position Overview:

The Front Desk Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Schedule:

Monday•

Thursday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Friday:

7:30 AM•1:00

PM Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and collect patient information Maintain accurate patient records Assist with administrative tasks as needed Ensure a positive patient experience from arrival to departure

Qualifications:

Previous medical front desk experience preferred, but not required Strong computer skills (EMR experience is a plus) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for patient care
