This pivotal role combines leadership, administrative expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management to ensure seamless patient experiences and efficient clinic workflows. The ideal candidate will excel in supervising front desk staff, managing patient flow, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, all while fostering a positive and professional environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and billing processes Manage patient management software systems such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) to ensure accurate recordkeeping and data integrity Oversee collections and payment activities to optimize financial performance Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations, and healthcare policies to protect patient information and uphold legal requirements Lead staff training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and conflict resolution within the front office team Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow, appointment scheduling, and acute care coordination Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming environment Implement practice management strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient satisfaction Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice supervision with a strong background in managing teams within clinical settings Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and health regulation policies Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems Prior supervisory experience in medical or dental offices with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and electronic health record systems integration Strong understanding of healthcare staff management practices including training, HR policies, and team development Experience working within clinics that provide acute care or dental services is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks such as reports and correspondence Join us as a Medical Front Office Lead/Supervisor where your leadership will directly influence the efficiency of our practice operations.
