Client Services Representative (Medical Reception Experience Preferred)

About the Role Denver Sports Massage is a massage therapy clinic serving athletes, desk workers, post-surgery patients, and anyone who wants to feel better in their body. Our owner has 17 years of experience and has built a loyal client base through excellent clinical work and genuine relationships. We're looking for a front desk team member who actively drives bookings, follows up on leads, and handles the business side with real energy. This is not a passive role — you'll be expected to convert inquiries into appointments and help us grow, not just manage a schedule. What You'll Do Contact new inquiries promptly and follow up with leads to convert them into booked appointments Manage client scheduling and appointments using our practice management software Handle phones, email, and client communications professionally Greet and welcome clients; answer questions about services and set accurate expectations Process payments and manage client intake forms and documentation Sell products, memberships, and packages Re-engage lapsed clients proactively to drive rebookings Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized Oversee laundry flow to ensure fresh linens are consistently available

What We're Looking For Required:

Genuine comfort with technology — scheduling platforms, email tools, CRMs, and Apple products Confident, natural phone presence — you don't dread outbound calls Sales or customer-facing experience where you were expected to convert, not just assist Strong attention to detail; you catch things before they become problems

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a similar environment Familiarity with scheduling software (Mindbody, Jane, Tebra, or similar) Personal interest in health and wellness Bachelor's Degree Schedule Part-time, 4.5-hour shifts.
