Medical Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data and assure patient information is correct and current Check patients in and out of appointments, answer phones, triage patient calls, schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance, communicate with pharmacies and insurance companies, collect payments

Knowledge and Skills:

We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working dermatology receptionist with a heart for service. An eagerness to work in various roles, cross cover office positions, and learn new skills is a must. Reliability and dependability are necessary for success. Familiarity with electronic medical records, patient/sales experience, and health insurance knowledge is preferred. Pre-med is welcome and bilingual is preferred.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
