Responsibilities Welcome and greet patients warmly, establishing a friendly and professional rapport Coordinate patient appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up visits efficiently Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, treatment options, and care instructions clearly and confidently Manage patient records using electronic health records (EHR) and patient management software with accuracy and confidentiality Verify insurance coverage, submit claims, and assist patients with financial arrangements and health insurance questions Communicate effectively via phone and client communication channels to answer inquiries and provide updates Maintain compliance with health regulation policies and ensure adherence to privacy standards such as maintaining patient confidentiality Support administrative tasks including data entry, typing reports, and managing medical documentation with precision Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office setting or dental practice is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation and communication purposes Strong knowledge of health regulation policies and medical administrative support procedures Familiarity with patient management software, EMR/EHR systems, and electronic health records management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse patient populations Understanding of health insurance processes, including verification, claims submission, and benefits explanation Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to orthodontics or dental care is advantageous Ability to handle phone communication professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently Strong typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation Perks of joining our team?
