Job Description

We are a small family dental practice looking for a personable front desk receptionist. We pride ourselves on our warm and welcoming environment and our friendly patients. We are hopeful to find a positive and motivated team member who will thrive in our close-knit work environment. Dental receptionist experience is preferred Work duties include but are not limited to: Frequent communication between other dental and medical offices, patients and Dr. Printup, both on the phone and via email. Manage dental office email - update patients charts with letters and x-rays sent to the office email. Send patient referrals to other dental offices. Order parts over the phone for dental implants, as well as coordinate all fed-ex/ups and dental lab pickups/drop offs. Update patients personal and insurance information at the time of service. Collect any balance or co-pays due. Decipher dental insurance EOB's, claims and payments.
Process various payments:
cash, check and credit card, both personal and insurance payments.
HIPAA/OSHA
management for the office staff. Clerical duties including copying, faxing, scanning and filing. Dental Receptionist Position Hours - Part-time Monday and Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday:
9:00 am-5:00 pm
Saturday:
8:00 am-1:00pm
