Experience with verification of patient information, checking online insurance eligibility/benefits and claim status, and treatment scheduling. Proficient at typing, entering information accurately, ability to focus on several projects at a time and manage time sensibly. Must possess excellent verbal skills over the phone and in person, be comfortable talking about finances, providing estimates and asking for payment. We are a friendly, patient focused office, looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to join our team. Familiarity with Dentrix dental practice management software Register New Patients Schedule Patients Answer and manage incoming calls Confirm Appointments Verify insurance Dispatch Lab Work Collect and enter of copayments Create and send dental claims Join us in delivering outstanding patient care through your exceptional administrative skills!
