- Min 2 Yrs Exp Rqrd. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and support the daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for patients and staff alike. This role plays a key part in managing appointments, supporting office coordination, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional front desk presence. Handle phone calls and inquiries, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and clear communication. Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the calendar, and coordinate follow-up visits. Assist with the organization of office events and staff meetings as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate reordering as necessary. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Ensure compliance with office procedures and contribute to overall efficiency. Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external vendors. Support front desk check-in and check-out processes, ensuring patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Assist in insurance verification and billing procedures when needed. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office setting, with strong administrative and patient-facing skills. Experience in front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and patient communication. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Curve Hero dental software is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on courteous, professional interaction. Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is highly desired.
