We are a thriving dental office dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately. Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality Navigate dental insurance coverage and benefits. Verify patient insurance Discuss health insurance details with patients, including co-payments and deductibles. Handle patient check-ins and check-outs. Maintain patient records and update information as needed Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow Answer phone calls and manage new patient appointments. Maintain a high level of patient care and administrative support.Required Qualifications:
Previous administrative work experience. Experience in patient care or medical field. Expertise in health insurance processes. Strong technical skills, including proficiency with office software. College degree or equivalent experience. Excellent multitasking abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others. Quick learner with a proactive approach.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a dental office. Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix, dentrix assecendNote:
