This role would be located on the Bradley Campus in Southington, CT. Job Summary The Medical Secretary Performs a variety of clerical and secretarial duties including but not limited to: reception, appointment scheduling, patient billing, filing, word processing, and patient satisfaction. This position will require some cross training for other cardiac department within the central region (as the staffing permits) Qualifications Education Requirements H.S. Diploma or GED required. Minimum Requirements At least 5 years of medical secretarial experience in a hospital or physician office required. Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Patient billing experience is highly preferred. Medical terminology is highly preferred. We take great care of careers.
