Job Description

Experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator - Take Charge of the Front Desk and the Schedule We're seeking more than just a scheduler/Coordinator— we're looking for a results-driven dental front desk professional who takes ownership of the daily schedule, understands its critical role in practice success, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who understands that every hour matters and has the skills to ensure the schedule stays productive, well-organized, and fully booked.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and optimize provider schedules for peak efficiency Navigate last-minute changes and cancellations with confidence and urgency Conduct accurate insurance verification and help patients understand their coverage Maintain strong, clear communication across clinical and administrative teams Be the go-to resource at the front desk for both patients and team members
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in dental scheduling or front desk operations. Eaglesoft experience plus Demonstrated success in minimizing downtime and maintaining full schedules Solid understanding of dental insurance and the ability to clearly explain benefits Excellent communication and coordination skills to keep the team aligned A polished, professional demeanor with a focus on patient care and team support
