Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time Position Overview Our client, a well-established dental office in Newark, DE, is seeking a reliable, friendly, and Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of a busy dental practice. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression Answer multi-line phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately Schedule and confirm patient appointments using EagleSoft Software Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures Collect co-pays and process payments Verify and update patient insurance information Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient communication Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies Skills Bilingual in Spanish preferred Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred Proficiency with dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental) is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and attitude For more information regarding this position or other opportunities contact J & J at: Newark@JJstaff.com or 302-738-7800.
