Job Description

Currently seeking a full time receptionist to operate the front desk in a 2-provider medical practice.

Responsibilities include:

Patient Check-In/Out Answering phone lines Billing sheet/report preparation Insurance Verifications/Referrals/Prior Authorizations Patient Scheduling Payment Processing Scanning Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates:

Are experienced working in a team Must have at least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting Are able to maintain a positive, friendly attitude Experience with Electronic Medical Records software Capable of working in a high speed environment Comfortable taking on a variety of different tasks Experience in a Cardiology office a plus Employees are eligible for a 401K plan after one year of full time employment, and can choose to take advantage of an employee funded Group Dental Plan.
