Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Part Time Medical Front Desk Receptionist, where your energy and organizational skills will make a meaningful difference in patient care and clinic operations. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative support. Your proactive approach will help create a positive experience for every patient while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your healthcare administrative expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify insurance coverage, and assist with intake procedures using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system Greenway Intergy Verify insurance benefits, perform insurance verification, and handle billing processes including medical collection activities. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, review documentation for completeness, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized medical and patient records in the EHR Requirements Familiarity with EMR systems. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and health information management software. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating professionalism and patience. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and health information privacy practices.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
