Full Job Description About Us:
We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients—someone who is organized, empathetic, and passionate about mental wellness.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for clinicians Verify insurance information, collect co-pays & balances Maintain accurate patient records using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system Ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming front office environment Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and outside agencies Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in scheduling software and EMR systems Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent required This position will work between our Beach Blvd and Atlantic Beach offices.
