Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic environments in accordance with health standards. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Handle manual lifting of furniture or heavy items safely during deep cleaning or moving tasks. Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning tools and supplies; ensure proper storage and inventory management. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while managing time efficiently to complete tasks promptly. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and outdoor work activities. Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping roles is a plus.
