In this role, you will be the friendly face and organized voice of our practice, ensuring smooth daily operations from patient check-in to appointment scheduling. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for patients while managing essential administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using Dentrix. Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate with clinical staff, and manage patient flow to optimize clinic productivity. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records. Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, address patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. Review documentation for accuracy, update care plans, and assist with administrative reports. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication between front desk operations and dental care providers. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist in a clinical setting; dental clinic experience is highly preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Dentrix Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures, and documentation review procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities. Bilingual abilities a plus .
