Your Role:
Be the first point of contact, radiating warmth and welcome to everyone who reaches out to us by either phone, email, text, or social media. Check-in and check-out patients, answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, update patient records, handle basic billing or insurance inquiries, and coordinate patient flow with clinical staff. The role also involves responding to patient questions, providing clear information about appointments and procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation in practice management software. Provide "Rolls Royce" level service - Make everyone feel cared for and at home! Effectively communicate the unparalleled value Dr. Eder offers. Work with staff to spread the word about Dr. Eder outside the office. What You Bring Happiness, Positivity, Personality, and Professionalism A flare for unforgettable first impressions Candidates should have: Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members. Excellent phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills to manage calls, appointments, and front desk operations. Solid computer literacy skills to work with scheduling systems, electronic records, email, and basic office software. Reliable time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a busy office setting. Ability to maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor, including respect for all individuals and protection of patient confidentiality. Prior experience in dental or orthodontic offices, or other medical front desk roles, is beneficial but not required.
