We are currently seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service and meticulous work ethic to join our team as a surgery coordinator. We are well known for being committed to providing the best experience and care for our patients. An ideal candidate would be detail oriented, multi-tasker and have excellent organization skills. Duties:

• Strong understanding of insurance in and out of network benefits, authorization processes as well as being familiar with claim processing.
• Ability to multitask as we are a high-volume practice with multiple providers
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Coordinate surgeries with hospital and ASC settings
• The perfect candidate will be able to have clear communications with patients on any financial obligations, surgical consents as well as pre and post-operative instructions

Job Requirements:

• Experience with scheduling surgeries in a hospital and ASC setting to include accuracy on Booking sheets and H&P's
• Must have medical/insurance billing experience
• Attention to details
