We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing excellent care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, communicates well, and can help keep our front office and daily schedule running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide an excellent front-office experience Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Manage patient check-in and check-out Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Collect copayments and patient balances Enter and maintain accurate patient information Help maintain an organized and productive daily schedule Communicate effectively with dentists, clinical staff, and patients Follow up with patients regarding appointments and recommended treatment Assist with other front-office responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous dental office experience is preferred Experience with dental insurance verification and scheduling is a plus Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning dental software Ability to multitask in a busy dental office Reliable and punctual Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands the importance of making patients feel comfortable and welcome from their first phone call through the completion of their visit.
