Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator - Crestview, FL No evenings. No weekends. No Medicaid. Weekly bonus. Hometown Family Dentistry in Crestview is looking for a friendly, confident Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for someone who knows how to make patients feel welcome, keep things organized, and keep the day moving when the office gets busy. And if you have dental experience, that's fantastic. If you don't, but you have strong customer service, medical office, insurance, or administrative experience and you're a quick learner, we still want to hear from you. Your day may include:
Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive experience Answering phones and helping patients schedule appointments Checking patients in and out Reviewing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Collecting payments and handling basic insurance questions Keeping patient information accurate and up to date Working closely with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly Helping the front office stay organized and on track Making sure patients leave feeling taken care of You Might Be a Great Fit If... You genuinely enjoy helping people You're friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with patients You can stay calm when the phones are ringing and the schedule gets busy You're organized and pay attention to details You're dependable and take pride in your work You're comfortable learning new software and processes You work well as part of a team You have a positive attitude and don't mind jumping in wherever you're needed Dental experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Experience in a dental office, medical office, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus. Experience with Open Dental is helpful but not required.
