Delray Beach, FL Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM No Fridays, weekends or after-hours! SEDA Dental of Delray Beach is looking for a motivated and fast-learning Dental Scheduler to join our upbeat and high-performing front office team! If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately using Open Dental software Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow Work closely with the Team Lead to support daily operations Handle incoming calls and follow up with patients as needed
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting Dental experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Open Dental experience is preferred but not required Why Join Us?
